Also resting in between, don’t have a work out then run around like a headless chicken, have a bit of a rest. Slob out on the sofa with a film for the night. But make sure you are resting and allowing your body to heal.
The warning though, you don’t want to be leaving it for too long as you can start to become conditioned which is very common with people with chronic illnesses. Having a sedentary lifestyle can cause a lot of problems later on so consider pacing yourself.
